My renewed interest in my own fitness came as a result of quitting smoking, which was so much easier than I had ever imagined & opened up a whole new world I never thought possible.
Running is my passion and frankly a few years ago, I would have struggled to run to the end of the road - these days I am ecstatic to be in the 1% of population who are marathoners, I've ran my first Ultra 50K in Sept 2014 and am currently training for a 70 miler next July, with ambitions of completing a 100 miler in 2016. In addition to Personal Training and Diet & Nutrition Advisor, I have recently qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist - this allows me to provide a fully inclusive service to my Clients, not just looking after their exercise and fitness levels in addition to nutritional needs, but also to ensure they stay injury free through regular sports massage maintenance - this gives a more holistic approach taking care of the inside and outside.
