When we launched back in 2012 we had a CLEAR idea in mind. It was to open a facility where we could inspire, motivate and educate as many people as possible on the fundamentals of a healthy lifestyle.

Our private Personal Training studio (located just 1 mile from Newcastle City Centre) allows us to do exactly that.
